Welcome to 515 Engine, a trade name of Colo Advisor, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 515engine.com and any related pages, forms, downloads, and content on this website (the “Site”).

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of This Website

This Site is provided for informational, educational, and lead-generation purposes. It is designed to help visitors learn about our consulting, sourcing, brokerage, and advisory services related to data center, cloud, connectivity, infrastructure, and related technology solutions.

This Site does not sell products directly online, and use of the Site does not obligate either you or us to enter into any business relationship.

3. No Client Relationship Is Created by Using This Site

Using this Site, filling out a form, requesting information, downloading content, or asking for a consultation does not create a client relationship, consulting relationship, brokerage relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any other formal business relationship with 515 Engine.

A formal relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed between you and 515 Engine or, where applicable, through a separate signed referral, brokerage, or consulting agreement.

4. Informational Use Only

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, security certification, or other regulated professional advice.

Any examples, recommendations, estimates, timelines, potential savings, or technical commentary shown on the Site are illustrative only and are not guarantees.

5. Our Role and Supplier Compensation

515 Engine acts as a consultant, broker, and sourcing advisor with technical expertise. We may receive compensation from technology suppliers, carriers, cloud providers, colocation providers, software vendors, or other third parties in connection with referrals, placements, or related services.

Any quote, price, service description, availability statement, technical specification, or proposal relating to a third-party supplier is subject to change and is not binding unless and until a direct written agreement is signed with that supplier.

Third-party products and services are controlled by the third-party provider, not by 515 Engine, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by us.

6. Who This Site Is For

This Site is intended primarily for business users in the United States.

7. Information You Submit

If you submit information to us through a form or other feature on the Site, you agree that the information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, and that you have the right to provide it.

We may ignore, reject, remove, or delete submissions that we believe are false, incomplete, unlawful, abusive, suspicious, or inconsistent with these Terms.

8. Do Not Send Confidential or Sensitive Information

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through this Site.

This includes items such as Social Security numbers, payment card information, bank account details, passwords, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive data.

The Site uses HTTPS for secure transmission, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. For that reason, you submit information through the Site at your own risk. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Communications

If you contact us or submit a form through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us related to your request, including by email and, where appropriate, by phone.

If you request content, a consultation, or additional information, we may also send follow-up communications related to that request. Marketing communications remain subject to your opt-out rights and our Privacy Policy.

Some images used on the Site may be licensed from third-party platforms such as Pexels or Pixabay and remain subject to those license terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, frame, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in these Terms.

12. Sharing White Papers and Downloadable Content

Where we provide white papers, guides, or similar downloadable materials, you may share them so long as our name, trademarks, logos, and attribution remain intact and the materials are not altered in a misleading way.

You may not present those materials in a way that implies our endorsement of another company, product, or service without our written permission.

This Site may include links to third-party websites or use third-party tools and services such as forms providers, analytics platforms, scheduling tools, CRM systems, content platforms, and supplier websites.

Those third-party sites and services are provided for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, products, or services. Your use of third-party sites and tools is at your own risk.

14. No Warranties

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 515 Engine disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and security.

  • your use or misuse of the Site;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • false, unlawful, infringing, or harmful information you submit;
  • your violation of any law or third-party right; or
  • malware or harmful code you transmit through the Site.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Site or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except where a court is needed to enforce or confirm an arbitration award or where applicable law requires court involvement.

The arbitration will be handled by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator and will take place in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, a court with proper authority may appoint one under applicable Washington law.

Class Action Waiver

You and 515 Engine agree that any dispute must be brought only on an individual basis. Claims may not be brought as a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative action.

Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 515 Engine waive any right to a jury trial for disputes related to the Site or these Terms.

18. Injunctive Relief

Nothing in these Terms prevents 515 Engine from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property, trademarks, confidential information, or other legal rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
